The hotel is in the heart of the city and offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, nicely painted, and have a new look. The bathroom is sizable and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff is courteous and attentive, going the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The location is absolutely central, making it convenient for exploring the city.

One small aspect could be improved.

It was really a deluxe hotel for a trip to Chennai. Furthermore, we loved our stay thanks to free wifi in the business center as we needed it. The property met needs, we will be back:)))

During our recent new year's stay, we enjoyed the clean rooms and comfortable beds which made for a relaxing stay. The hotel's prime location also made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas, and the good A/C provided some much-needed relief from the heat. Additionally, we appreciated the tasty food options available at the hotel restaurant.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel did not offer 24-hour room service, as we had to wait until morning hours to receive any assistance. The staff seemed to be short-staffed, as some services such as housekeeping, laundry and even the restaurant were not consistent. Moreover, the slow and unstable WIFI connection was a major inconvenience during our stay.
